This newly built duplex apartment is located in the heart of St Andrews and is situated just off South Street. This great location provides all the benefits of being

parking. Ideal for golfers and visitors to the area. Well behaved dogs are
welcome as there are fantastic walks! With 2 bedrooms ,2 bathrooms over
2 levels, and a balcony enjoying lovely views towards the east coast , a five
minute walk from the East Sands, the Old Harbour and St Andrews Castle, the
apartment is all about comfort and luxury.
The main entrance on the first floor with alarm has a hallway, coat rail and
cupboard with space for golf clubs. Bedroom 1 has a King sized bed which can
be separated as 2 single beds with an ensuite shower room. There is plenty of
wardrobe space and a Panasonic internet enabled television. The large picture
window gives great light. The second floor features the open plan sitting area,
dining and fully integrated kitchen, and separate bathroom. The sitting area has 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table, a Bose surround sound
system, a 42 inch internet enabled Panasonic Television, BT vision and BT
sports, high speed wireless and wired broadband with access throughout the
duplex. The sitting area enjoys a balcony with unrestricted views, and a table and
chairs to enjoy an al fresco drink after a fun filled day.

We had a lovely time at "The Hastie". The property is perfectly located to
enjoy St. Andrews, just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The
property is also kitted out to a very high standard, including items such
as lovely, large, soft towels (it makes a difference !). We love our golf - The Castle course takes a lot of beating !!
Aileen & AlanWe have stayed at "The Hastie" on a number of visits to St Andrews. The location is perfect, makes such a difference to have private parking. Great
balcony for morning coffee and reading. The apartment is a very high
standard.

The extending dining table with 6 chairs sits comfortably next to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with Siemens appliances, a coffee machine and a separate laundry room with a Siemens washer and dryer.
The second bedroom has a King sized bed which can be separated as 2 single beds ,adjoining a bathroom with shower over the bath. The bedroom enjoys a large wardrobe ,drawers and a Panasonic internet enabled flat screen television. The large picture window opens to allow safe but welcome fresh air throughout the property. Upon arrival you will find a welcome pack of basic grocery items, flowers and chocolates. The apartment is maintained to a 5 star
